In the last 20+ years, Attorney Al A. Mokhtari has handled personal injury cases from clients throughout Ohio. Additionally, he brings 14 years of experience resolving litigation involving insurance carriers, contract matters, and various other legal issues. Attorney Mokhtari quickly built a thriving legal practice focused on defending corporations and insurance companies in litigation. He earned a reputation as one of the top lawyers in Central Ohio for Fortune 500 companies and insurance companies.
While he saw great success in this area, Attorney Mokhtari recently decided to invest his legal skill into helping injury victims and smaller businesses, rather than large companies and insurance carriers. Attorney Mokhtari joined close personal friends Brandon Henderson and Justin Weatherly in founding the firm. Together, the legal team brings 75+ years’ collective experience to each case they take on.
He is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Ohio, the Northern District of Ohio, and the Southern District of Ohio.

A Columbus, OH native, Al Mokhtari went to Bishop Watterson High School, graduating in 1991. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from OSU in 1996; he had dual majors in Political Science and International Studies. During his time there, Mr. Mokhtari remained on the Dean’s List, receiving numerous honors.
Following his time at OSU, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in 1999. He gained experience clerking for a modest injury firm in Cleveland, OH. He later went on to a moderate sized injury defense firm in Arizona, gaining further experience in this field of law.
Attorney Mokhtari served as National Counsel for a Fortune 500 company, where he was responsible for handling personal injury lawsuits. Several years later, he returned to Columbus, where he began working for a large firm that handled personal injury cases, as well as contract / insurance lawsuits throughout the state.
