Attorney Kenneth Staiduhar of Henderson, Mokhtari & Weatherly has recently gained admission into the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys (AIOCLA) and been included among the Institute’s 2018 Best Criminal Lawyers.
The AIOCLA Selection Process
Every year, the AIOCLA selects a small number of attorneys to become members. It is an exclusive organization and membership may only be obtained through peer nomination and invitation. Invitations are determined on the basis of attorneys’ track records, client satisfaction, and current standing with their respective state bar associations. The Institute also considers attorneys who hold advanced degrees, are published, and participate in continuing legal education to be ideal candidates.
According to the AIOCLA, its Criminal Law Division seeks out attorneys with the highest ratings in client satisfaction. This is almost always accompanied by desirable results in criminal cases, which tends to indicate greater skill and effectiveness in court and during other legal proceedings.
